Lift maintenance fitter — DeSoto County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in DeSoto County, Mississippi. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. On a typical shift you will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear.
