Skimming plasterer • Gloucestershire, England

Great opportunity: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Gloucestershire, England. The job is in a refurbishment property. You will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents 1+ years on the tools preferred.
