We are recruiting: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Mahaska County, Iowa. The role involves: • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies Ideal candidate: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills Rotating shifts.
