Vacancy available: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Hockley County, Texas. The job is in a mirror and glass showroom. Requirements: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Day-to-day duties: • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
