Halal butcher — Obio/Akpor

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Obio/Akpor, Rivers State. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
