Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Tillamook County, Oregon. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
