Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
