Urgent requirement: back-of-house cleaner (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Borough of Halton, England. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Pay around £2,700 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
