Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Kiowa County, Oklahoma. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
