Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Etowah County, Alabama. Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Day-to-day duties: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
