Occupational health and safety officer wanted in Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Franklin County, Maine. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. Day to day you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
