Great opportunity: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Barnsley, England. You will work on a new-build housing development. What we are looking for: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter The role involves screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around £1,950 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
