Argon arc welder — Faulkner County

Join our team: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Faulkner County, Arkansas. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
