Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in San Juan County, New Mexico. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Six days a week, one day off. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
