Back-of-house cleaner • Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
