Now hiring: scullery hand (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Bacon County, Georgia. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 1+ years on the tools preferred.
