Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Stewart County, Tennessee. The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
