Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Steele County, North Dakota. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
