Shuttering fixer • Dickson County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Dickson County, Tennessee. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. Day to day you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
