Urgent requirement: fabricator-welder (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Rockdale County, Georgia. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. You will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
