Urgent requirement: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Clarke County, Iowa. You will work at a tyre and exhaust shop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals Day-to-day duties: • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
