Heavy equipment operator wanted in Woodbury County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Woodbury County, Iowa. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Your main tasks: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones 3+ years on the tools preferred.
