Wood machinist • Powell County, Kentucky

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wood machinist in Powell County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Your main tasks: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge Six days a week, one day off.
