Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Jackson County, Michigan. You will work at an open-cast mine. The role involves form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse. Requirements: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
