UPVC window fitter • Kit Carson County, Colorado

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Kit Carson County, Colorado. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
