Bread baker wanted in Amelia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Amelia County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
