Bread and bun maker wanted in Niobrara County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Niobrara County, Wyoming. The job is in a bread factory. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Full-time with occasional weekends.
