Powder spray gun operator wanted in Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Mercer County, Illinois. The job is at an automotive components factory. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Six days a week, one day off.
