Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Udi, Enugu State. On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits.
