We are recruiting: powder coating technician (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Cass County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
