On the job you will handle: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Six days a week, one day off.
