Trowel-trade bricklayer • Bowman County, North Dakota

Join our team: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Bowman County, North Dakota. You will be based on a busy housing site. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding On a typical shift you will bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
