Fabricator-welder — Clark County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Clark County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
