Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Dawson County, Nebraska. You will work in a catering unit. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
