We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing technician in Winn Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a sheet metal roofing workshop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
