Argon welder wanted in Clay County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Clay County, Iowa. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Day to day you will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.
