Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Nye County, Nevada. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. On the job you will handle: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage 3+ years on the tools preferred.
