Great opportunity: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Cochran County, Texas. The job is at a busy gas installation company. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration The role involves fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply.
