Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car refinisher in Quitman County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
