Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray foam installer in Poweshiek County, Iowa. The job is on a construction site. On a typical shift you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
