Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
