What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Day-to-day duties: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦9,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
