Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Atchison County, Kansas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
