The role involves: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Valid driving licence for site call-outs At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
