Aluminium tig welder — Grant Parish

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Grant Parish, Louisiana. On a typical shift you will grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). You should have: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $200 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
