You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
