You should have: • Valid digital tachograph card • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card On a typical shift you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
