Vacancy available: canteen cook (Louisiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Iberia Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
