Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Jackson County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
