Gas commissioning technician wanted in Hawaii County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Hawaii County, Hawaii. The job is in customers' homes and kitchens. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Driving licence for travel between sites Day to day you will run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
